While receiving my master degree I had several opportunities to engage in work that allowed me to think of the world with a broader lens, think about what I wanted to do with my career, and offer insight on how we, as a society, make the world we live in. The work I have to share is show below and is identified by the title and a short description.
Leadership
This essay is based off of a podcast that I sat down and listened to. I explain how difficult it is for baseball players to read what pitch is coming at them when they are batting during their performance.
This essay is focused on the importance of repetition and how much of a role it plays in success. Repetition takes time; it will always be part of the experience and success.

This is a reflection paper about understanding different athletes and their ages. The importance of scaling equipment based on the skill level of the athlete is described through this paper.
I express my ideas, as a coach, with the constraint led approach. Coaches play a pivotal role in the development of their athletes. As a coach, it is important to help athletes learn life skills through their sports.
